My name is Ellie and I have been a working hairstylist since 2007. I graduated from the Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty at the age of 19, and have continued to grow and master my craft ever since.

I was the girl who cut my own bangs and my Barbie’s hair, but becoming a hairstylist wasn’t actually something I dreamt of. I’ve always loved clothes and beauty, so a career within it just made sense. I have always dreamt of having a career where I could take time to travel and have a family, but where I could also help people and make a difference.

One of my favorite things about being a stylist is helping you feel your best. I absolutely love getting to know you and being a part of your life. I feel very honored that I get to share in of some of the most significant life moments. Sometimes I’m the first to hear good news or provide support, and I think it’s so special. I feel it’s what makes me different—I love connecting with you and I hope you feel comfortable in my chair.

The beauty industry is constantly changing, and I believe it’s of the utmost importance to continue learning and growing. I have spent countless hours taking classes and learning the newest techniques. I‘m continually trying the unique methods and styles, in order to stay on trend and to add more tools to my arsenal. I love educating myself and using new strategies to provide the best look possible.

I specialize in lived in highlights and dimensional color. I love to make your color seem as if it just grows out of your head, and I also adore creating transformative bright blondes. Most importantly I want to work with you to create the best look for you. I truly believe in doing what’s best for your hair, style and maintenance preferences. But I will also advocate for the longevity of the health of your hair, and will suggest products or services when I think it’s of the utmost importance.

When I’m not in the salon, I love spending time with my husband, Sean, and our rescue dogs, Callie and Billie. I personally love music, podcasts, traveling, reading, being out in nature, dining/cooking and anything that will help me unwind.
